chiropractic care, soft-tissue work, & movement-based rehab
that sore spot is your alarm, and it deserves attention.
At Kore+ Spine & Sport Chiropractic, we take the time to look at how you sit, work, lift, and move, so we can figure out what’s contributing to the problem and build a plan around your actual life.
The goal is not simply to make you feel better for a day; it’s to help you better understand your body, participate in your own care, and develop the tools and confidence you need to keep moving toward the things that matter to you most.
custom care at kore+
We start with your story and a full evaluation. What hurts, when it started, what your days look like, and how you move. The goal is to map out what’s going on and what may be feeding it.
find the issue
Dr. Erin chooses the tools and services that fit best based on your evaluation. From there, your custom care plan is built around your life and goals.

You leave knowing what’s going on and what you can do about it. Dr. Erin will teach you how to properly do one or two exercises to work on between visits.
teach you how
-
A quick, controlled thrust to a joint, by hand or with an instrument, to help restore or improve its movement.
-
Hands-on pressure combined with movement to address tension and restrictions in muscles and fascia (the connective tissue around them).
-
Very thin, sterile needles placed into carefully selected muscles and tissues.
-
Specialized cups that create controlled suction on the skin and the tissue underneath. Most people describe it as a pulling or pressure feeling.
-
Instrument-assisted soft-tissue therapy using surgical-grade steel tools. Dr. Erin is certified in Advanced Graston Technique.
-
Elastic tape applied in specific patterns, for targeted input while you keep moving normally.
-
Sound waves delivered through a handheld applicator to specific tissues. It’s painless and usually part of a longer session.
-
Red and near-infrared light on targeted areas. A comfortable, recovery-focused part of your session.
-
Individualized exercises, mobility work, strength training, and movement coaching you can take home with you.

meet dr. erin thomas, d.c., ccsp
Dr. Erin Thomas is a board certified chiropractor specializing in sports medicine. She has been in practice for 13 years across Texas, Iowa, and now Kansas. She ran track growing up in Austin, where she learned the hard way that most people are never taught how to properly take care of their bodies.
While Dr. Erin does work with a lot of athletes, the people she most wants to see are the hairdresser who’s on her feet all day and wants to try a 5K, the grocery store manager who keeps throwing his back out stocking shelves, the mom with an old shoulder injury who just wants to be able to catch her child as he jumps in the pool, and the web developer whose neck has been mad at him for years.
